Valerian is strong herb to induce sleep and work with the fae & familiars – particularly cats & rats. I can excite these animals to very high levels. Conversely it is very useful in calming stressful bringing bickering couples together and encouraging harmony in groups.
Valerian Tincture is a strong sedative and should not be used for more than 21 days. It is useful for insomnia but some people have a strongly opposite affect & nightmares. It may be useful in those who struggle with hyperactivity & insomnia.
